I have other homes for sale in this park, so please check out my other ads. This home is located in the Watergrove Mobile Home Park, in Arbour Lake in the NW of Calgary. The home is for sale and not the land, and you pay a monthly lot rental to the park ($705-$745). Please note that this is a 45+ community, and EVERYONE that moves in must be at least 45 years of age. The park also limits pets to 2, with a maximum height at the shoulders of 15 inches. Typical mortgages cannot be used for the purchase of a used mobile home on leased land such as this, lenders use chattel mortgages to fund the purchase. These mortgages can be more difficult to qualify for as they are looking at the age and condition of the home, as well as your credit situation. If you need to finance and have not already done so, I would recommend looking into the financing first to pre-qualify before looking at homes. This move in ready home rests on a south facing lot just behind the clubhouse, so it gets drenched in sunlight all day. It features a metal carport for vehicle protection.
